How do I track my order on the platform?
Tracking your order on the LegitGrails platform is a simple process. After placing an order for authentication, you can easily monitor its progress and status using the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Log in to your LegitGrails account using your email address and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one to submit orders and track their progress.
Step 2: Visit your Orders Dashboard
After logging in, navigate to the "Orders Dashboard" by clicking on the "Orders" tab on the side panel. This will display a list of all your orders and their current status.
Step 3: Review your order's status
Orders will display one of the following statuses:
- Under Review: Your order is currently being reviewed by our team of authenticators.
- Photos Needed: Our authenticators require additional photos to make a verdict on your item. You will be notified via email and on the platform itself. Please provide the required photos as soon as possible to avoid delays in the authentication process.
- Completed: Our authenticators have finished reviewing your order, and the results are available to view.
- Drafts: This status indicates that your order is being saved in your account settings and has not been submitted yet. It serves as a backup, allowing you to save progress in case of any issues during the submission process, or at the moment when you have decided to save it for later.
You can find your order status in the "Status" column of the Orders Dashboard.
Step 4: View authentication results
Once your order status changes to "Completed," you can view the authentication results by clicking on the order in the Orders Dashboard. This will provide you with the verdict and any additional information or comments from our authenticators.
