The procedure to request the Double-Check will allow our Customers to inquire an already checked order with a declined outcome once again. This can be done only as a one time exception and will require up to 48 hours for our Authenticators to review the affected order.
How to do that?
All you need is to contact our Support Team with the explanation that you would like to request the "Double-Check" with the affected Order ID, so we could escalate this matter to our Authenticators Team.
What is Important to know?
The Double-Check reviewing process can take starting from 48 hours. Once the double-check is complete, our support team will contact you with the results from our Authenticators Team.
